PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
STAFF PRODUCT DESIGNER at ServiceNow - Santa Clara, CA - 09/2019 to Present
Developed concepts for augmented reality on the ServiceNow platform, creating prototypes that were praised by senior leadership for their innovative approach to interaction design. Served as a Workstream Lead for the company's Figma Transition Team, directing the migration of design files from legacy platforms and implementing a tiered library structure that enhanced collaboration and design consistency. As the main designer on ServiceNow's Decision Builder tool, I crafted intuitive user experiences and scalable design solutions that empower users to automate and streamline complex workflows across the platform.

Managed all product design across multiple product divisions. Directly supervised a design team based out of both India and the United States.
